31 Jan is my first lesson for this sem and i cannot believe it! Oh my goodness... the holidays is over!!! Honestly, i also cannot believe now is 2012! 0_0

Went to check out if there is anything impt announcements made and BINGO! All the assignments, course informations etc are all loaded up to blackboard and it is simply overwhelming! Reality seems to hit me right at the face!

Play time is over! from now to May 21... is going to be all hard work and late nights! No complains (I hope so) and just chiong...

Attended Vonnie and Chin Eng Wedding on 21 Jan 2012 at Pan Pacific hotel! A big congrats to the newly wed couple! 8 years of fairytale courtship have a wonderful and beautiful closure to a happiness-filled marriage! :)

Went for my very first acupuncture session with LFI...

Think it went well.. Wuhahaha... have a small bruise on my tummy due to my itchy hands! shd not go touch the needles but accidentally did! sobz.. but no pain la! fatty pple dun feel a thing de! :p

A few needles on my tummy and 2 needles on my leg... and a few stickers on my ears pressure point.. haha kind of amazed by how it works! for went to google a bit on weight loss acupuncture treatment for weight loss.

Since it is a brand new year... i shall have a brand new start! :D went to sign up a dieting and slimming plan with LFI wellness! intro by my ex-colleague's friend but greatly recommended by my ex-colleague and current colleague... confusing??! haha well it is not really impt anyway!

it is a 3 - 4 mths dieting plan... and now i am into the 5th day of my diet! 2 weeks of supplement meal drinks, lunch (fish soup/yong dao hu), low fat yoghurt and daily dosage of detox pills!

Craving craving craving... burgers and fries... ice cream and chocolate... gosh...

I MUST ENDURE!
