It is really very frustrating to be suffering from hives! It is coming 3 weeks and my condition turn from bad to worse to worst and i think it still can go on...

It is totally affecting me in all aspects! Cannot wear my short sleeves tees... my skirts... ah... everyday is long sleeves and jeans! when will this end??

GOD please help me!

Made an appt at Singapore skin centre for a medical checkup. Hopefully i can see myself on the way to recovery soon...

I went to research a bit on my Hives condition!! OMG i am suffering from Cholinergic urticaria! For such hives are mostly triggered by STRESS or EXERCISE! which is i often get itchy spots after i exercised but will be gone after awhile!!

THIS TIME... NOW... coming 2 weeks liao! DAMN! i realize this hives episode came when i was super damn stressed with work (YES.. a damn guy pissed me off to the maximum!), Jovan down wif right lung infections and then Hand Foot Mouth Disease, upcoming Malacca trip and sch stuff to handle!

Gosh... i did not know i am under such stress that my body will breakdown! Think also coz the alterations of my diet ba! :p

RELAX!! though next time is quarter end, i will still try to relax and take things easy! work is work... dun care le!!! Work can always find... but health once gone, quite difficult to have it back!

Praying for a recovery from the LORD

Just changed the title of my blog and the blog address!! Think it is equivalent to changing a blog! Wuhahaha...

Dun think will have much effects ba! i doubt i have any loyal followers except for myself! :p

At times i really do not know what i want... I guess i never really understood myself well enough to figure out what i need... what i deserve... what i am worth...

Think is kind of hard to find a balance between your outer and inner self... who you are...

At times i dunno whether my actions and decisions are the best for me or it is just short changing me!?

many people have many things to say... many opinions are flying ard...

Is just like in a storm and i can never reached the center of the storm... where is calm and clear...

May God guide me there...

Was playing ard the playlists at Mix Pod.com hence decided to just create a new playlist! :D and have a new skin outlook!

PINK COLOUR! though it does not really match my blog colour... haha who cares right! Anyway the blog is only for my own reading and other anonymous people who randomly stumble over my blog...

Really like the first song in the playlist. The song is by BRAVE GIRLS and the title is Nowadays You! Initially find the song kind of odd... as in find the tune a little weird and off but it kinda grow on me! haha.. so i would safely say i am hooked onto it.. :)

I hate it! Sickening itchy rashes on my legs and arms! It is red and freaking itchy! Seen the doctor twice but it do not seemed to be getting better! Suspecting it is due to a dirty workplace and stress!

My colleagues seem to be experiencing rashes as well! it is really irritating as we spend like half of our time on a daily basis at work! Ah... got some anti-bacterial spray to disinfect my desk area and table tops! Really hope it helps!

Stress??

My little prince is down with hand foot mouth disease again! This time rd affects his mouth as he is having mouth ulcers. His feet and palms appeared to be free from red spots or rashes! Hope he recover soon but yet.. dun think will be sending him back to sch as there is an outbreak at the child care! 15 cases to date! hai...

Besides HFMD, he is now in the midst of recovering from a bad cough! it is sooo bad that he has be using an inhaler and antibiotic! A pretty big deal when it comes to a little kid as most doctors do not wanna prescribe antibiotic to toddlers or babies.

Thanks GOD for his grace and mercy! Jovan is recovering and the HFMD seems to be a mild one! :)

But may i just be a little greedy? I really hope i would be free from my rashes!! May GOD's healing hands be upon me as he remove all irritations and swelling from my arms and legs! Amen!

Major sigh....

6th March is a day to remember for the little king! His virgin dentist visit at NUH.

Early appointment at 930 am hence the cow, snake and pig's adventure started out at 745 am. Ate MRT all the way from Bedok to NUH! :p Jovan was okie... but only gotten a bit restless as the journey is kinda long.

The dentist review appears good. The grinding of the teeth seems not really an issue as per what the doctor claimed, most kids would outgrown it as they get older.

For Mummies who are curious on why little kids grind their teeth when zzz-ing... Here are 2 reasons:

1) Little kids are still growing their baby teeth hence gums are kind of itchy! so they tend to grind their teeth to relieved the itch or tension in the gums

2)Kids with sinus problems or having flu/cough, they tend to grind their teeth to open their airways along their nose and ears

Hmm... this 2 reasons seem reasonable explanations to Jovan's case. :) Shall continue to monitor!
