Been quite some time since I blogged! Guess I had been lazy as I do have ample time at hand to do so since it was my maternity leave. : / Oops!

Some updates!

YES! I am back at work as of 16th October but I would be bidding goodbye to my current workplace very soon! My official last day at Symantec would be 8th Nov. It had been a good 2-years period in Symantec APJ but guess it is time to move on to the next level in my career growth that I felt my current department is unable to support me in. So it is GOODBYE Symantec and HELLO Bloomberg Singapore. :)

Since I am back into the workforce, it also marks the start of a new journey in Jenevieve's life! WUHAHA...she will be taken care by a daytime nanny! It is her first time she is away from me for a long period of time. Ever since she was born, she was with me 24/7 and had never left my side!! Okie okie...not say NEVER...but majority of the time! It is impossible for me to bring her along during my work interviews with Bloomberg...right?! ><

Hoping she is coping well! So far it seems alrighty... she came home all smiles every evening. It is a good sign...and the nanny seems very experienced! As claimed by her, she has 20 over years of nanny experiences. 0_0 Well, we will see how things go!

Wanted my jogging routines and mild dieting plans! I cannot really jump into a dieting plan or taking meal replacement supplements like I used to as I am still breast-feeding. I really hope to breast feed till Jen turned one year old. Fingers cross! Toes crossed. Had been reducing my intake of carbohydrates and sweet sugary stuff...and so far it had been working. I am able to fit into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes. Although i do see some results, I am still kinda of sad whenever I see my bulging tummy. Sigh... one of the major sacrifices of the female species when they decided to borne a life!

Another big change in my life...and also the most pleasing change to my spiritual growth would be returning back to my spiritual family and attending cell at a regular basis. I had been making arrangements in enabling me to attend cell and hopefully when Jenevieve is bigger, I would be able to attend Church service regularly as well. It is really mentally and physically draining to do so as my cell group meeting is at Marine parade while I am staying at Bukit Panjang! SO FAR! And at times I would have to bring Jen to attend the meeting! Challenging indeed! However I will persist on! It is like a spiritual warfare every Saturday where some unexpected scenarios would just pop up out of the blue. Definitely both body and brain draining to settle the issues but once I reached my cell members, I knew instantly that all the struggles are worthwhile. :D
